Lauren Sepe

Lauren Pelehach Sepe is a clinical nutritionist. She received her Master of Science from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. She interned with the Kellman Wellness Center in 2020-2021. Lauren also has a Bachelor of Science from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, a Master of Science from the University of Florida, and certifications as a Holistic Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and as a Mind Body Eating Coach at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, Colorado. 

Prior to becoming a nutritionist, Lauren spent nearly 18 years in the corporate world, working both in management consulting in Washington D.C. and for several investment banks in New York City. It was during this time that Lauren experienced health issues of her own. Although the medical intervention did help to resolve her condition, she still suffered from several symptoms that affected her both physically, as well as emotionally. Determined to feel better, Lauren focused on changing her diet and lifestyle and was able to fully resolve all her symptoms. It was a life-changing moment that inspired her to go back to school and to start a whole new career, hoping to help others restore their health.

Lauren’s focus is on an individualized, science-based, whole-body approach to optimal health and wellness. She works with each client on an individualized plan designed to address their specific needs and to help them to achieve optimal health and wellness.
