How to Prepare for TruSculpt iD
To prepare for a TruSculpt iD treatment, you will need to:
- Avoid sun exposure.
- Avoid chemical tanning.
- Stop taking anti-inflammatory medication 8 hours before.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours after.
TruSculpt iD Procedure
On the day of your procedure, you will need to arrive without lotion or topical creams on your skin. We will use an applicator and a gel pad to apply the radiofrequency energy to your skin. Although the treatment will increase your skin’s temperature to 44-45˚C, (2) the treatment will be comfortable because the pad conducts the RF energy evenly to protect your skin.
